Ambrosia SaladAmbrosia Salad

Many people tell me this is actually a dessert, but it has the word 'salad' in it, so I serve it with the meal, not after Smile

1 can (14 oz) fruit cocktail
1 can mandarin oranges (I skip this because I'm not a fan)
1 can of pineapple tidbits (optional, or extra of your favourite fruit)
1/2 cup (125 ml) of medium unsweetened coconut
1/2 lb (900 gr) of mini marshmallows
2 cups (500 ml) of sour cream

Drain all the canned fruit
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and refridgerate overnight

Take the lid off the bowl the next day and serve with a big spoon!  Yum!
